Ride Geology 201 (Int.) from Tom’s Thumb Trailhead

This ride leaves from Tom’s Thumb Trailhead and heads into the McDowell Mountain County Park to view the landslide from a different perspective.  This will be a 10-12 mile, intermediate level, high cardio ride over about 3 hours.

Location: Tom’s Thumb Trailhead – 23015 N 128th St, Scottsdale, AZ, 85255

Time: 3 hours

Please, no road bikes, hybrids, folding bikes, or electric assist bikes. All our rides are “no drop,” meaning we will not leave you. A bike with wide knobby tires is required. Please check the working order of your bike before you leave home. Helmets required. Bring water and snacks. Restrooms are available at the trailhead. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride.
