Ride the Divide at Brown’s Ranch Trailhead

Location: Brown’s Ranch Trailhead – 30301 Alma School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85262

Skill level: Intermediate

Distance: ~16 miles

Time: ~3 hours

Ride to the trails from the east side of Cholla Mountain to the Divide Trail on the north. We will travel to Hawknest Trail where we start a fast and flowy ride to Broken Spoke and then toward Cholla Mountain. This is a moderate cardio and some intermediate technical skills ride.

Please, no road bikes, hybrids, or folding bikes. All our rides are “no drop,” meaning we will not leave you. A bike with wide knobby tires is required. Please check the working order of your bike before you leave home. Helmets required. Bring water and snacks. Restrooms are available at the trailhead. Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the ride. No registration required.
