In consideration of being allowed participation in the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy (the Conservancy) activity described, I, both personally and/or as the parent or legal guardian of the minor child, as applicable, do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands, recoveries, suits, payments, actions, and judgments of every nature and description which may hereafter accrue to me or the minor child against the Conservancy, its officers, agents, representatives, employees, and assigns, for injuries sustained or suffered by reason of any act or omission of the child or myself, as applicable, in connection with or arising out of participation in the activity described. I also release any claim toward the Conservancy concerning the use of any film or photograph that contains or may contain my image, or material created during the activity or given to the Conservancy. The Conservancy has explicit permission to use any film or photo as it sees fit for the purpose of historical records, marketing, advertising, or promotional materials without limitation or further compensation. By registering and attending a McDowell Sonoran Conservancy event, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
