DESCRIPTION:North Fraesfield Fitness Hike at Fraesfield Trailhead This Difficult hike has a moderate rocky uphill portion on the north side of Fraesfield Mountain\, but the remainder of the hike covers relatively flat terrain. Experience hikers suggested. Plan 3.5 hours for 7 miles.  Arrive 15 minutes before start of hike.. Bathrooms available at the trailhead. Bring water and snacks for the trail. No dogs please.
