Tai Chi Hike at Gateway Trailhead

Before, during, and after this hike, Tai Chi instructor Ray Sol will introduce warm-up exercises to loosen muscles, balancing exercises, and Qigong breathing exercises to help restore fresh oxygen to muscles. This is a moderate hike of 2.5 miles for about 2.5 hours. Bathrooms available at the trailhead. Bring water and snacks for the trail. No dogs please. Arrive 15 minutes before start of hike.
