Swap Your Invasive Fountain Grass for a Beautiful Native Grass – For Free!
March 16 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Fountain grass is a plant commonly used in ornamental landscaping, but it is also an invasive species that has invaded natural desert areas. If you have fountain grass in your yard, you can help reduce the spread of its seeds by removing the plant, including its root system, and then disposing of it. We are offering a free native grass plant (purple threeawn) as a replacement if you show us a photo of your dug up fountain grass. Look for stewards in front of Arabian Library to participate (while supplies last)!
