Natural History Lecture Series: Magma’s Last Gasp
July 2 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
More than a billion years ago, a huge bubble of magma (2,0000F) was trapped 10km beneath our feet and began to cool. How did the magma die? Was it a natural death or murder? Dan Gruber will guide you through this amazing journey, as we learn what happened to the last bit of magma as it turned to solid rock.
