Junior Citizen Science Festival

Kids get to be scientist for the day! Lost Dog Wash Trailhead will be transformed into an interactive learning zone where children and their families are immersed in the unique ecosystem of the Sonoran Desert. It’s a great introduction to nature, science and careers in natural resources. Thursday – Friday are designated school days (grades 3 – 5); pre-registration is required so please contact Tiffany Sprague firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Family day is Saturday, March 23 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. the festival is open to the public. The whole family can learn how to be citizen scientists and help increase our understanding of the world around us.
